Description

Very full blouse in black sheer technical georgette. Softly folded collar that is fastened at the back neck with self- fabric ties on a keyhole opening which loops back onto itself creating a soft drape tie effect at front neck. Inset sleeves or pleated into two button cuffs. Reverse in plain. Straight hem has side vents.
