Striped shirt with floral embroidered applique

Description

Man's-style shirt in yarn-dyed ecru and black fine striped cotton silk. Turn down collar on a button front with ivory mother-of-pearl buttons on the placket piped in contrast black. Wide-cut fronts have a yoke piped in black and pale green, black and pink embroidered applique floral motif. Drop shoulders over long sleeves pleated into a single button cuff. Reverse has yoke with gathering at the centre and applique floral motif at the neck. Curved hem is cut longer at the back.
