You have received your parcel and would like to return an item?
1. Items that you would like to return must be in the same condition as they were received. Please do not remove any identification labels, tags or seals.
2. Please fill out the online returns form here.
3. Customers must bear the shipping costs for all returns. (Distant selling act 13.06.2014)
4. Customers max select the courier service of their choice, except FedEx. Due to high costs and additional charges upon arrival of the goods for our company, we reject FedEx as a shipping provider. Please note! We do not accept returns shipped with FedEx.
Return received - what happens next?
The returned goods are inspected within three business days. Afterwards, any amount, which has already been paid, will be refunded immediately.
